Frequently Asked Questions

What is panettone? Panettone is a traditional Italian sourdough-leavened cake, enjoyed during Christmas and Easter. In keeping with this heritage, our panettone is a naturally leavened creation, a delicate bread that also serves as a refined dessert. The process is beautifully laborious, taking 48-72 hours to craft a single loaf, with each moment influencing its final character. Gently sweet and exceptionally aromatic, it’s a treat we believe can be savored any time of year and at any hour of the day, though it pairs especially well with a good cup of coffee.

How should I store the panettone? To keep your panettone soft and fresh, even after it’s been cut, store it in the original bag it arrived in or in any airtight container on your countertop. Avoid refrigerating it, room temperature is ideal for preserving its delicate texture and aroma. If, by some rare chance, you haven’t enjoyed the entire loaf within 30 days, it can be frozen to savor at a later time.

How long does it take to arrive once I order? You will receive a notification including a tracking number once your item(s) have shipped. We strive to have your fresh panettone delivered to you as soon as possible.
